How to do you send 'sent on behalf of' emails externally?

RE: Permissions

Hi Jane. This is trickier than it might seem. Basically it involves the owner of the email account to allow "Delegate Access" to another, so they can access their inbox and send emails. It also involves connecting to the server and manipulating Microsoft Exchange. If I were you I'd talk to your IT manager to set this up.

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Outlook tip:

Looking at 1-9 days in calendar

Regardless if the view you are in, if you press the ALT key and a number from 1-9 it shows you that many days in the calendar view.
