where you have your sheets listed there is a little button next to it with a yellow star on it. click on that and it will create the new sheet for you.

Erika,

You can right click an existing sheet tab (usually at the bottom of Excel) to bring up a context menu. Choose Insert..., ensure the default selection is 'worksheet' and then press Okay. A new sheet will have been inserted, which you can then rename by right clicking on the sheet tab.
