2 data series in one pivot chart

Hello,

I have creted a pivot chart from a pivot table. I would like to modify the table to include a running total, and add this line to the graph without erasing the former lines.

Is this possible?

RE: 2 data series in one pivot chart

If you add the running total to the pivot table, you will have that field present in the Chart.

You can format the new data series RUNNING TOTAL in the Pivot chart separately if need be. Just double click on that data line and format it appropriately.

Excel tip:

Display Formulas Instead of Results in Excel 2010

By pressing Ctrl ~ once, Excel will display formulas rather than the results of the formulas. Press it again, and the results will appear again.

A much quicker and simpler way of displaying your formulas!
