Norah has attended:
Powerpoint Introduction course

Outlook Grouping

"Drag a column header here to group by that column"

How do you add or remove the above grouping bar from view.

I have one email folder where I don't seem to be able to remove it from between the title of the folder and the email headers (From, To, Subj etc)

Thanks,
Norah.

RE: Outlook Grouping

Dear Norah

In Outlook open the folder where the above occurs. Then:

Open the Advanced toolbar if not showing. To do this:

1. Open the View Menu

2.Select Toolbars/Advanced

On the Advanced toolbar the Third button from the right is called Group By Box.

Click it to remove the Grouping bar

Hope this helps.

Regards

Carlos

2. Right click on the document
3. Click Copy
4. Open the target folder in Outlook Public Folders
5. Click in the folder
6. Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (Paste)

The document should now be available to all who have permissions to view that folder.
