RE: Upgrade?

Hi Richard

The most current version is MS Office 2007.
It is very different to 2003, and most people will require some form of training.

Essentially the core functionality of Excel is the same. I would not recommend upgrading to the new version, until you are familair with Excel in general, and have a specific need to upgrade. It can be expensive, and take time to make the change, unless you really need it.

Don't change just for the sake of change. Know what you will be getting and what it will cost you.

Regards

richard

Excel tip:

Deleting a range of cells using the autofill handle

Firstly, select the range of cells for which you would like to clear the contents. Then drag the autofill handle to the the top left corner of the selection whilst holding down the shift key. Your selected contents should then be deleted.
