How do I setup a macro

Thanks for the question.

To record a macro:-

1) Click Tools -> Macro -> Record a New Macro

Call it a relevant name and in this dialog box save the Macro in your Personal Macro Workbook if you want to use it in a different workbook.

You can also assign a keyboard shortcut to it.

2) Click OK.

3) Then go through the steps/ actions you need to record

4) Finish recording.

5) You have recorded a macro to do your required procedure and you can allocate that task to a button if you wish.
