Dominique has attended:
Excel Intermediate course
Excel Advanced course

Pivot tables

How do I amend pivot tables without having to create the pivot table again from step 1?

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Pivot tables

You can either right click on the PivotTable and choose PIvotTable WIZARD. This will take you back into the steps of the wizard.

Alternatively you can drag the firlds OFF the PivotTable and then recreate the layout.

RE: Pivot tables

Hi Dominique

Thank you for your question.

Once the pivot table has been created, you can change what is displayed in the table by dragging a field into or out of the table.

To update the data items field, click the Refresh button (!) on the Pivot Table toolbar.

I hope this helps.
Amanda

Excel tip:

Seeing named ranges as part of the zoom

If you have large areas of named ranges this works better.

If you zoom down to 39% you will see your named range.
