RE: hyperlinks

Hi Dominique,

Thank you for your question.

You can set hyperlink on:
1) Cell or
2) Data or
3) Pictures / drawings

To set up hyperlink:
1) Select the object you want to link
2) CTRL+k
3) Set destination
a) Type in web address; or
b) Select part in your workbook; or
c) Select a file on your computer; or
d) Set up an email address with email subject
4) ScreenTip: type in message on yellow smart-tag
5) Press OK

Hope this helps.

Katie

Excel tip:

Highlighting a data range

Attempting to use a mouse to highlight a large range of cells with data in Excel can make the mouse to have a life of it's own!

Use keyboard strokes instead.

Step 1. Place the cusor in the cell where the highlighting should begin.

Step 2. Select keystroke, CTRL+SHIFT+END

This will take the cursor to the furthermost bottom corner of the data range found in that worksheet. And highlight that range of cells at the same time
