Hi Naomi

To create a chart:-

1. Highlight the data to appear on the chart.

2. On the Standard toolbar click the Chart button

3. On the Chart dialog box:

Step 1 - Select the chart to run

Step 2 - Select how the data is to appear

Step 3 - Label the chart

Step 4 - Create the chart as New Sheet or an object on the Current sheet

4. Click OK

The chart is completed
