Hi Sudheer. Essentially, you select Insert - Object and then make sure "From File" is selected. Then navigate to your video clip. You can also specific the package you want the video to open in by selecting the player from the list. Remember to bundle your media in the same folder as the presentation and that if your video uses a codec, it will not play on a machine which doesn't have that codec installed.
