Hi Jigna

To call a Microsoft application like Word you use the AppActivate command as in the code below:

NB. You may need to change the path to the address on your computer where Word is stored

Sub CallWord()

Dim MyAppID As Variant

MyAppID = Shell("C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\WINWORD.EXE", 1) ' Run Microsoft Word

AppActivate MyAppID ' Activate Microsoft Word.

End Sub

3. From the menu bar, select DATA, FILTER, ADVANCED FILTER
