Outlook Contacts

I need to change the way previous Contacts have been inputted from all UPPER CASE to this format: Upper Case
Is there an easy way to do this without going to each contact and changing them individually.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Outlook Contacts

Hi Elizabeth. I think the quickest way to do this would be to export your contacts list as a comma-delimited text file. Then open in Word, select all and then Format - Change Case, selecting title case. Then save your file, and import back into Excel.

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Outlook tip:

Change what you see when Outlook opens

Instead of viewing your emails when you first open Outlook, you can change the settings so that your startup view is different.

Here's how:

1. Go to Tools - Options - Other.

2. Change the startup folder under General Settings (e.g. to Calendar).

3. Click OK.
