Thank you for your question. Apologies for the delay in response.

In design view, use the Combo Box object from the Toolbox to create a dropdown list. The dropdown list can display values from an existing table or query; or you can type in the items you want people to be able to select from.

Display current date & time in column of any width

The worksheet function =NOW() returns the current date & time. When entered into a column which is not wide enough to display the value NOW returns, the cell displays ###
