In the Outlook 2007 calendar is there any way to make it clearer whether an entry is free, tentative or busy? In the monthly view you can't see this at all, I think, and in the weekly view it is not very clear.

Dear Jane

You can only view the Free/Busy/Tentative details in the Day and 5 Week views.

The only way to enhance the appointments is to give them coloured labels.

Regards

Carlos
