Hi Katie

I assume that you want to actually edit the image itself. There are a number of ways to do this and they depend on how complex you want the edit to be.

If you want to make the edit really simple, you can use microsoft paint. However for more complex image editing you will need to use a package such as Photoshop or Paintshop pro.
