Hi John

If you go to the menu select file, then import and export. This will open up a new window, within this window select export, click next and then select the file type you would like to export to i.e. excel. Then follow the instructions through. Once complete you can either email the file to yourself or put the file on a usb key. Then you can import the files into Microsoft Outlook as well as many other email application on you home computer.

Hope this helps

David

Thanks David. Having followed your advice when I reached the dialogue box 'select a folder to export from' it only gives me the option of my archive folders. What I want is my contacts folder. Can you help me?

Thanks. John
