How do I transfer Ecxel Sheets or Graphs to Powerpoint that they will be automatically updated if i change the excel content?

Hi Nicole

Thank you for your question.

If you copy the Excel data or graph, and in PowerPoint, go to Edit - Paste Special and tick the Link box before clicking OK, this will paste the Excel information into the PowerPoint presentation with a link to the Excel file. This way if changes are made to the Excel file, the PowerPoint file can be updated to reflect these changes.

Powerpoint tip:

Keyboard Move to Slide

To move quickly to a specific slide, if you havent set up hyperlinks in Slide Show view; press F5 (Function 5 key) type the slide number, press Enter and then press Esc.
