sometimes my square and tight text wrapping does not activate while others do. Where am I going wrong?

Hi Marzbeen

Thank you for your question.

There is a setting in Word that controls how a picture comes in by default - perhaps this is the problem?

If you go to choose Tools - Options - Edit and then check the Insert/Paste pictures as dropdown arrow to see what it is set to - whatever is showing here is the default wrapping option for picture that are inserted/pasted into Word.

Change an AutoShape to another shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
