Hi Siqing

Thank you for your question.

If you save your templates into the Templates folder when you create it, then you can find it by going to File - New then click the General Templates link in the task pane (on the right of your screen) and you will find your template on the General Solutions tab.

If you have saved the template elsewhere you will need to remember where you have saved it to!

Printing spreadsheets without opening them first

Here's a fast way of printing a spreadsheet from Windows Explorer/My Computer.

Go to the location where the spreadsheet is saved on your computer, then right-click on the icon next to the document and select Print from the menu.

The spreadsheet will automatically open, print and close itself.
