Dear Atul

To create a chart in 2007:

1. Highlight the data to appear on the chart

2. Click Insert on the Ribbon

3. In the Insert ribbon select which style of chart to create. This creates the chart on the current sheet.

While the chart is selected you can change the layout or go to the far end of the ribbon and move the chart to a dedicated sheet.

Excel tip:

Autonumber in Excel

To create an autonumber field, can use the Offset() function.

In cell A1, enter the number 1.
Then in cell A2, enter this formula:

=OFFSET(A2,-1,0)+1

Then copy the formula from cell A2, down as far as you need.
