Hi Jane, Thanks for the post, Excel is great at accepting pictures, graphics and other objects, why? because they stay where you paste them and you can move them around quite easily by dragging and dropping them. To cut or copy a picture to the worksheet simply copy or cut it from its source folder (opening it first) and then paste it where you want it to be in the worksheet. When it is in place you can resize, crop or change the picture using the Picture Toolbar (found at View, Toolbars)

 

Excel tip:

Removing the Ribbon from view in Excel 2010

At times when you want to view the whole spreadsheet, try double clicking on the ''Home'' tab on the ribbon which will hide the ribbon from view.
