Thanks for your question, realistically we try to answer a question within 4 hours of it being posted, however these questions are answered by the training team, and obviously constraints are upon us when busy. Our target is to answer questions within a 24 hour time limit. If your question requires clarification we may however ask for more information. To answer your question we look at and respond to the questions on a daily basis.
