Hi Jan

Thank you for your question.

I think you should be able to do this by setting your logical test to be X>0 (where X is the cell containing the number you are getting Excel to evaluate), then putting in what happens if X is >0 (i.e. positive) and what happens if X <0 (i.e. negative).

Excel tip:

Find cells that match a format

In Excel you may wish to find cells that contain a specific formatting such s colour.

Select Edit > Find, click on Options and then Format...choose the formatting that you want found and click on OK

Choose one of the Find buttons to find.
