It was great to meet you yesterday on my Excel course.
Thank you also for your kind comments on my feedback.
If you want to ensure valid data entry into a cell or range of cells,
1) Select the cells first
2) Select Data menu, Data Validation
3) Set your validation criteria
4) Set up an Input message for users
5) Set up an Error Alert for users
