Hi Barbara
I will assume that you are asking your question in relation to the process involved in creating forms. Please follow the steps below:
- Decide what you want to use your form for, i.e. what data will you want to enter, what tables does that data come from. Also you should decide on a link structure for your forms, if you wish for them to link to other forms (navigate).
- Depending how comfortable you are with Microsoft Access forms you can either follow the wizard or create you own forms from scratch. I would suggest that you use the wizard until you feel really comfortable with forms.
- Go to the forms wizard and follow the step by step instructions.
- Once you have completed the wizard go into design view and make any changes that you feel are necessary (that you cannot make in the wizard).
