Thank you for your question.
You can use a form interface in Excel to enter or edit information stored in an Excel list/database.
To enter data through a form interface:
1. Go to Data - Form.
2. Click the New button on the right hand side to add another row/record of information to the list/database.
3. Click Close.
To search for and edit a row/record:
1. Go to Data - Form.
2. Click the Criteria button on the right hand side.
3. Type in the criteria you are looking for from a specific field or fields.
4. Click the Find Next button to display the next row that contains the criteria you have searched for.
5. Edit the row/record information if you wish.
6. Click Close.
