In short the answer is yes it will work. However Filemaker was not one of the databases that was tested during the development of dreamweaver.
for this reason I think you should read the details contained in the page that the link below takes you too.

If you feel comfortable with the setup then you should not encounter any problems using filemaker in conjunction with dreaweaver.
