A Primary key must always be UNIQUE and not duplicated.

Sometimes your data may not have a primary key, and then you can let access create a field of sequential numbers to act as the primary key.

What kind of data have you imported.

Pop up property

If you want to focus the attention of a form / switchboard to a user then you can change the propeties of a form/switchboard for Pop up to On.

This meand tht the focus for the user must be on the form / switchboard
