Do you want to create a relationship between tables or queries. Both are possible.

The simple answer is to drag one of the fields from the one field list in a query to the one you want to link to.

You can do this in the RELATIONSHIPS window, which you can find under TOOLS > RELATIONSHIPS.

You can also do it in the top window when you are designing a query.

Copy a Previous Record's Values to a New Record

If you often enter the same value in one field of a table, there are two methods to save re-typing the data.

1. Use Ctrl+' (apostrophe) to repeat the value input in the previous record.

2. Change the field's DefaultValue property in Design View to the most commonly used value.
