Hi Carla,
Thank you for your question.
All Microsoft Office packages automatically convert web & email addresses as hyperlinks. So you may just type the web link directly into the e-mail.
If it fails, make sure the e-mail is formatted as either HTML or Rich Text Format (RTF).
