Hi Soran, Thanks for the post, you can use Outlook for personal emails if at work and if this is allowed by your company, Outlook is as safe as any e-mail transport program, the safety in all e-mail transport programs is about as safe as sending your data on a post card, anybody with the right equipment can read it, hope that helps, regards Pete

Outlook tip:

Set Outlook to automatically save Unsent messages

In Outlook, you can automatically save unfinished messages in your 'Drafts' folder.

Click the 'Tools' menu, then select 'Options'.
Click 'Email options' and select the 'Automatically save unsent messages' option.

Your draft emails will now be saved every 3 minutes. If you want to save an email more often than that, just click 'Save' at any time.
