Hi Karen

To quickly copy the project on display use view > zoom > entrie project

then click on the copy screen icon (tiny camera). Once you click on OK you can paste the results into Word or PowerPoint as necessary.

Following on from our discussion of leveling and balancing of resources I have found some information online which confirms that Project will deal with leveling resources by delaying or splitting tasks rather than trying to reallocate who does what. Apologies for the long URLs

If you have further questions relating to this please do post them online and we will do our best to answer them for you.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Project tip:

Formatting Bar Text

To display notes or resource initials on the Gantt chart bars, choose Format, Bar Styles and the Text tab. Select the position you want to show the text i.e. Top or Inside etc, then choose the field name you are looking for from the drop down arrow. Type the first letter of the name to get quickly to the top of the letter range. Click OK.
