Hi Sharon, Thank your for your post, to set a Password on a Workbook follow these steps; to add Password protection choose Tools, Protection from the Menu bar and select either Worksheet or Workbook. Provide and confirm your password.
Another method to provide Workbook protection is to use the File, Save As command and from the Save dialog box choose the drop down option next to the Tools menu at the top of the box, from the menu that opens choose General Options and provide a password where indicated.
