RE: photoshop

Hi David,

Yes you certainly can.

As you probably know, vector graphics are different from raster graphics in a lot of ways. A vector graphic is a mathematical definition of an image. This means you can resize vector graphics without losing quality.

This is also why logos should be made using vector graphics. eg. A logo on a packet of matches and a logo on a billboard each need to be precise and crisp.

Hope this helps. And hope you enjoyed your Dreamweaver training the other day too.

Regards, Rich

Microsoft office tip:

Draw a perfect square or circle

Click on the Rectangle or Oval button on the Drawing toolbar. (If necessary, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Drawing check box on the Toolbars to display the toolbar.)
Press and hold down both the [SHIFT] key and the mouse button.
Drag the mouse pointer diagonally downward and to the right until the rectangle or circle drawn has your preferred measurements.
Release the mouse button.
Release the [SHIFT] key.
In short, simply hold down the SHIFT key while dragging the mouse pointer!
