Hi Gemma
Thank you for your question.
You can create a Slide Master for your presentation by going to View - Master - Slide Master.
To create a background for the Slide Master, go to Format - Background.
To change bullet point styles, go to Format - Bullets and numbering
To add a logo, go to Insert - Picture - From file and select your logo image.
Any changes made to the slide master will be reflected in all slides in the presentation.
