Insert / Delete Button On Spreadsheet to run Macro

Phylli

To place a button on the spreadsheet:

1. In the View menu / Select Toolbars
2. Click Forms

The Forms toolbar appears.

3. Click the Button icon.
4. With your mouse draw a button on the screen

The Assign Macro dialog box appears

5. Select the required macro
6. Click OK

7. Change the text on the button
8. Click Off the button.

The next time you click on the button it will run the macro.

To Delete the Buutton

Right-Click the Button and Click Cut

Hope this helps

Carlos
