RE: Email directly from Access

Answer to the question:
To create an ability to email directly from a Table or Form will require the insertion of a Hyperlink field. During Table creation a field must be created using the Hyperlink option. Once the table has been completed and Data entry has begun, when the field is accessed, click the Hyperlink option on the toolbar (in a Form) or choose Insert, Hyperlink this will give choices as to specific requirements, ie Existing File/Web Page, Create New Page, and Email adddress, choose Email Address and follow the options given.
Creating Internet Access including hyperlinks and Data Access Pages is covered on the Advanced Access Course.
