Answer to the question:
In todays world it is relatively easy to copy your presentation to a Memory Stick and then deliver the presentation on a distant comuputer either by copying it to a file or even by delivering it directly from a file on the Memory Stick, however if the receiving computer does not have the special Fonts which you have used it will substitute others for them, and horror of horrors you get to the distant presentation and the version of PowerPoint is not as advanced/modern as the one you have used, or PowerPoint is not even loaded, your presentation on the Memory Stick is next to useless.
Using the Pack and Go wizard or as is named in later versions of Office, Package for CD will allow you to choose options to include your True Type Fonts and will also include a PowerPoint viewer which will enable you to deliver your presentation no matter the obstacles. To find the Pack and Go utility (or the Package for CD) go to the File Menu, select and follow the steps given.

Powerpoint tip:

Quick Zooming in Powerpoint with rollerball mouses

Zooming in powerpoint works slightly differently than with word and excel. When you hold down the control key and roll the wheel up and down in will go through the zoom sizes up until 66% which you can choose from the zoom box, but after that it starts jumping up at 25%, 50% and then 100%.

TIP - if your cursor is not on the slide and in the slide/outline pane then when you zoom using CTRL it will zoom that pane instead.
