Hi Gary

It may be worth just taking a print screen, then cutting the image out using a paint program. You can tidy the image up in the paint program and them import the image into PowerPoint.

Powerpoint tip:

Make your PowerPoint presentation smaller

Choose "File", "Properties" and turn off "Save preview picture".

This also speeds up saving the file, as Powerpoint does not have to create the little image preview.
