Excel 2003 and Excel 2007

Hi,

I am having some problems with the different versions of Excel - I am using 2007 while my colleagues are using 2003.

One early problem I have noticed is that the graphs functionality is different in 2007.

What is the best way to manage the difference? Can a saving preference be permanently set, so as to minimise problems?

Thanks and regards,
Neil

RE: Excel 2003 and Excel 2007

Hi Neil, Thanks for the post, in answer to your question; I agree there are quite a number of differences between graphs in 2007 and 2003, however you can save your workbooks as 97 - 2003 compatible, look in your File Save As dialog box and check the Save As Type drop down option. Note that the new 2007 features will not be available in 2003 or earlier versions. I hope that helps, regards Pete.
