My Tables carry on to subsequent pages, but I have to keep creating a header line for each page, is there a way that I can carry them over?

Answer to Question:
To repeat Table Headings:
Select the rows at the top of the table which you would like to repeat on subsequent pages should the table span more than one page;
1. Select the Table, Headings menu option
Word will automatically repeat the headings for tables which are split by soft page breaks, (automatically inserted) If you insert a hard page break (manually entered) (CTRL+ENTER, you will need to copy the headings to the following page, just as you already do).

To remove table headings;
Should you wish to remove table headings that have been set, simply select the rows that were used to set the headings, and then choose the Table, Headings menu command again to switch the option off (Toggle Switch).

Word tip:

Changing the ruler settings

If you are used to working in cms or inches and want the ruler in Microsoft Word to reflect this, you can click on tools, options and the general tab.

At the bottom you will have the option to switch the measurement units over.
