RE: embedded object

Hi Lan

Thank you for your question.

An embedded object is an object that has been created in one application and is then embedded into a file created by different application. Embedding ensures that the object keeps its original format. With an embedded object, you are able to modify the object with the original program.

To embed an object in PowerPoint 2007, go to the Insert ribbon, then in the Text group click the Object button. Choose Create from file to create an embedded object from an existing file. Then navigate to where the file is saved, select it and click OK.

Powerpoint tip:

Working with slide show annotations in PowerPoint

When you have used the Pen or other tools to mark slide text or items in slide show view, you can quickly erase (delete) any markings on your slides pressing E.
