Hello,

I am currently doing a spreadsheet in excel and would like some help with the following questions;

1. I have already checked all my calcualtions and they are correct but i still seem to be getting this little green triangle in the corners of some of the cells. How can i get rid of them?

1. The green triangle shows tgat there is an inconsistantcy oe possible error in the formulas. This is not a confirmed error. You should get a popup square with an exclaimation mark in it, next to the cell when you click on it. If you click on this square, it will give an indication of what the possible error is.

2. =1785+1785*3%

 

Excel tip:

Separate the year from a date

To separate the year from a date use the =year() function, eg a date is in cell A1 and in A2 you wish to display the year enter the function =year(A1)
