Hi Sunette

Thank you for your question.

You can access the in-built Excel templates through the task pane on the right hand side of your screen. If you can't see the task pane, then go to View - Task Pane.

On the New Workbook task pane, click the General Templates link under New from Template. Select the Spreadsheet solutions tab, then you will see all of the in-built templates that come with Excel. Select a template and click OK. Then a new file will be generated from the template you selected.

Access tip:

Create An Inaccessible Field On A Form

There is sometimes a need to make a field in a form look like a normal field but be completely inaccessible to the user. To do this:

In the Field's Properties
Set the ENABLED property to No
Set the LOCKED property to Yes

The field will not grey out, but the user will not be able to do anything with it.
