RE: What are Voting Buttons?

Votings Button are very useful if you want to send an email which asks your recipient a question.

Once you have created your email, click the Options button and check 'Use Voting Buttons' under the Voting and Tracking Options.

The Default options are:

Approve;Reject
Yes;No
Yes;No;Maybe

However, you can set up your own options, by overwriting on the existing options, and by separating each one with a semi-colon without a space.

Examples below:

Subject matter for your email:
Which room shall we hold our meeting?

Voting Buttons
RoomA;RoomB;RoomC;RoomD

Subject matter for your email:
What time suits you best for our meeting?

Voting Buttons
11.00;11.15;12.00

Subject matter for your email:
Which Pub shall we meet at?

Voting Buttons
The Plough;The Bull;The Green Man

Subject matter for your email:
Which Holiday Destination would you like to go to?

Voting Buttons
Fiji;Paris;Bahamas;Clacton

Once you send your email your recipient will receive the email which displays the Voting Buttons in the toolbar area. To respond they just need to click the option that they choose and the email will be sent back to you.

Without opening the email you will see in the subject matter which option the recipient has picked.
