Sort function

How do I sort multiple columns only that one of the columns changes to alphabetical order and the rest of the columns change in the same order..?? I'm having a bit of problems with it.

This question is quiet interesting in itself as not many user like to do this. The main reason is because as you might appreciate that the data next to the cells might be related to each other and it is always important to keep the data together. Excel tip:

Separate the year from a date

To separate the year from a date use the =year() function, eg a date is in cell A1 and in A2 you wish to display the year enter the function =year(A1)
