I work with the USA alot in my work and when I use the Calendar I would like to be able to see the time slots for the UK and USA at the same time. Is this possible in Outlook?

Under Current Time Zone
Type a label e.g. UK

Check the box: 'Show an Additional Time Zone'
Type a label for your time zone e.g. USA
