Hi Michelle, Thank you for your post, In answer to your question;
1. Select the cell into which you wish the data to be entered from your drop down option.
2. Menu command Data, Validation
3. In the dialog box that opens, click the drop down for Allow, and choose List, in the Source Text box, type your list of options separating each one with a comma (,). Alternatively you could use the cell references of an existing list; ie A1:A10, however if the list is deleted or edited in any way this will affect the drop down options on your spreadsheet. Finally save your workbook as an Excel Template .pot. I hope that helps, regards Pete
