Hi Stephen,

To deselect a row, press the Ctrl key on the keyboard and at the same time click the row with your left mouse button. This should deselect the row in Excel for you.

Excel tip:

Adding cells, Rows & columns

place your cursor on a cell, row number or column letter and use CTRL + SHIFT + + or CTRL + + depending on which + you prefer to use.
