Hi Silvia, Thank you for your post, In answer to your question; This is a Formatting option, select the cell you wish to Fill with the colour, you can either click on the Fill button on the Formatting toolbar and choose from the options available, Alternatively, use the Menu command Format, Cells and choose the option Patterns, from the pallet choose the colour you wish to use and click OK. Excel tip:

Adding date and time

Here are two quick ways to add the date and time to your spreadsheet:

1) Type =NOW(), which displays both date and time in the same cell
or
2) Hold Ctrl and type the colon (:) into one cell for the date and the semi-colon(;)into another for the time.

Note that =NOW() updates to the current date/time whenever the spreadsheet recalculates.
